On the mean streets of Los Angeles, California, two Parking Enforcement Officers patrol their route. Supervised by the ever-aging Captain Taggart and working alongside their conniving female counterparts of Enforcement, Delores Parkhurst and Deirdre Smith, the unsung heroes of the street spend their days going after the “perps” and trying to outwit the villains.

Armed with their brand new X-45 Parking Ticket Guns, Seamus and Michael encounter a new challenge at every junction – including the ‘Chalk Comedian’, whose treachery knows no bounds; the mysterious ‘Moustache Rider’ and the evil ‘Meter Bagger’ who is taking advantage of some permanent free parking. Not to mention Seamus’ girlfriend Barbie, who offers a romantic interlude that leads to armed violence!

When Captain Taggart assigns the teams a ticket ‘Quota’ with a cash prize, they must overcome the planning and scheming of Delores and Deirdre and a double-crossing spy who appears to be plaguing their every move.
