Content Film is a dynamic film sales and finance company, specializing in high quality, commercial feature films. The company is based in central London and Los Angeles.

Launched in September 2002 by President Jamie Carmichael, Content Film is the film sales arm of Content Media Corporation plc.

Films on our latest slate include the action thriller THE NUMBERS STATION starring John Cusack and Malin Akerman currently in production; NOTHING TO FEAR, first of a slate of horror films produced by Slash, THE DALLAS BUYERS CLUB starring Matthew McConaughey and Hillary Swank, Nicholas McCarthy’s terrifying ghost story THE PACT starring Caity Lotz and Casper Van Dien,  Mike Figgis' SUSPENSION OF DISBELIEF; HICK starring Chloe Moretz, Blake Lively, Eddie Redmayne, Alec Baldwin and Juliette Lewis, the post-apocalyptic war action thriller THE DAY, the cult genre sequel OUTPOST: BLACK SUN; the haunting LOVELY MOLLY; SXSW Winner 96 MINUTES starring Brittany Snow, the crime thriller HARD BOILED SWEETS; the highly commercial family comedy THE DOG SQUAD: 3D directed by Les Mayfield and Xavier Gens’ post apocalyptic action thriller THE DIVIDE.

Our involvement in films can be at inception with an idea or script or selling the distribution rights of a completed film to international territories and looking into financing projects.

Jamie is a seasoned veteran of the global film market; after two years traveling, five years in production, Jamie spent two years at Guy East’s Majestic Film and Television International, two years at Jean Cazès’ Lumiere Pictures, then seven years at Mel Gibson and Bruce Davey’s Icon Entertainment International. Jamie lives in Los Angeles.
